Kim Machutt, the manager has been awesome since day one of my storage date. She met me the day I moved in and joyfully helped me find my storage unit and made sure she explained how to get in and out of unit, and several months later she really did me justice when I moved out. She seems to love her job or just plain old love people, either way I would recommend her location over any Extra Storage facilities.

Excellent customer service and the cleanest storage building that I have ever seen! Even the restrooms are spotless and conveniently located. The security is excellent and comforting to leave your valuables. We enjoyed meeting Kim at the front desk. She is a joy to work with. I feel like I have new friend ! If you're looking for Georgetown storage, pick this place!

Kim is customer service orientated and friendly! The facility is as described and clean! The online process to reserve available storage space is simple and quick. We are moving items into our storage space this week, so I cannot speak on the longevity of storing at Extra Space. The initial experience was wonderful! Thanks, Kim!

I went in this morning to the Georgetown location and I needed help getting my storage unit open. Will went above and beyond to help me out and explain all the processes and procedures that needed to be completed. Of the few storage units that I have used in the past. This is by far the best. Thank you so much Will for taking the time and get me sorted. We are extremely impressed about the professionalism, kindness and sense of humor. We will definitely recommend y’all to our friends!!!

Extra clean property, well managed...Kim is great! I relocated a Georgetown, TX unit to Fort Worth and went to buy a broom to sweep it out, came back, and she had already used a blower to clean it for me! Great property, greater people! Thanks Kim!
