I did not give 4 stars because of the wait, but because of the service. Dr. Kingsley takes the time to address each issue that concerns you instead of watching a clock. You the patient are more important. There have been times that the staff or Dr. Kingsley himself has stayed behind go keep me or my husband from sitting in the emergency room. Sure everyone sould pay their co-pay at the time of service thats everywhere. By me being an established pt he will not let his patients suffer. He is a very knowledgeable Dr. I have been with other providers for ten years or more telling them my issues. When I first came to Dr. Kingsley he figured it out in one visit. So ask yourself are you concerned with quality time and service given to each patients or the wait. I do also understand everyone's time is valuable. If you can't wait simply why not choose another provider.

Has been my family doctor for about 12 years. My family goes here. The wait time is terrible, but unlike sitting in a doctor’s waiting room for 15 minutes waiting to be seen, taken to a room to see a doctor for 15 minutes; which is the time they are allowed to spend with patients, only to forget one of the issues your having because your being rushed so they can see other patients. Well let me tell you Dr. Kingsley does not rush you he takes his time with you, so what you spend hours in the lobby when you get a room your time with him is well spent he sits down and discusses your issues/concerns with you. Again, the wait time is terrible; do not plan anything on the day of your appointment (come in at 9 leave at 4) but I leave with all my issues/concerns being addressed; all 5 of us being seen and with knowledge of what is going on. Staff is over worked which at times they may not seem to be friendly but they are a group of nice people. If they seem money hungry it is just like visiting any other doctor facility they want their copay upfront as well. These people are in a place of business they have bills to pay as well, if you don’t pay them they can’t pay for the facility to be used, staff, etc. so not discussing pay just the quality of the work I am receiving for my pay. No they can not give you your records over the phone, no doctor office does that, you are not suppose to give results over the phone. That is very personal information and need to make sure it is given to the correct person. Wait time is ridiculous I will admit but the service is great. He remembers his patients because he spends time with them, he gets to know them “familiarized”. Dr. Kingsley and his staff is awesome, however prepare to wait for hours, but leave satisfied after receiving quality care because your not being rushed.
