Enjoyed all the dishes. A few were a bit on the salty side, (and we do like salty food). We'll definitely go back.
Ordered lunch for myself and a co worker and both of us are just blown away at how good it is. Food was over the top generous portions, phenomenal quality, and while I gotta admit I had no idea what Portuguese food WAS I am super glad I do now. I had the pork sandwich and just wow. My coworker got a beef, ham, egg sandwich and both of us are sworn to do it again. Folks in the place were awesome, too!
It's a nice, small restaurant with interesting decor. The staff was very friendly. We had never eaten Portuguese cuisine before, so it was a culinary adventure for us. The food was good, although a bit salty, for my tastes. I got the Frenchie & it was a huge portion. I had to get a To-Go container (had my lunch for next day). The fish fritters were delicious. Garlic shrimp was very garlicky 👍 but a little overcooked & chewy; the garlic sauce was excellent! I would recommend this to others looking for something different & new, and get away from the chain restaurants.
Outstanding service and very friendly owner. Wonderful place to stop in for a quick bite or or to go order. Chicken soup tasted very home made and their Pork sandwich was incredibly tasty with the gravy on it. Certainly a place to find great Portuguese cuisine at a super reasonable price. I will certainly be looking forward to coming back here to try out new dishes and expand my cuisine menu
Really enjoyed the sandwiches. My son loves the fish sandwich. My daughter in law loved the chicken fillet Sandwich. My wife enjoyed the ham and cheese sandwich. I got the steak sandwich and added an egg on it and that was really good. Loved the donuts, not a typical sweet donut, would be very good with a jelly on it. Very friendly owners. My son and his wife when they come into town always want to come here.
