Pivot PT - Fuquay Varina

I have gotten lots of individual attention and help at Pivot PT in Fuquay-Varina. The staff and therapists go out of their way to help.

During my visit at Pivot I was met by the receptionist Emily. Emily was so warm and friendly, so much that I was immediately put at ease. The reason for my visit was due to vertigo. Vertigo that had been ongoing for quite some time. As a result I had a high level of anxiety. I was seeking someone to help me get resolution so I could get much needed relief. That is exactly what Michael Ommundsen the physical therapist did. When I met Michael he was so understanding and patient with me. Each time I would come to my appointments he would reassure and offer me much needed support. Thanks to Michael's knowledge and caring nature I was able to complete my physical therapy with great success. Thankfully my vertigo is no longer an issue. I really appreciate what Michael and Emily did to help me. My overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Pivot!

Excellent PT facility. They've handled several issues with me (hip and shoulder) with great results. I highly recommend them for any PT needs.

Great environment. Best and most detailed evaluation I ever had for physical therapy. Take home exercises are simple and not too time consuming and actually work!

Such a caring and professional staff! One suggestion. Have a break room where staff would have a private place to eat, take a deep breath, and break from an ongoing room full of people! Would provide improved staff support and dignity for all they do!!!!!!! No one on staff has ever mentioned this but a strong observation from me!
