We finally closed in our house in North Carolina. It was a new experience. Thank God, Ricardo Cobos and his team were behind us all the way. I had Ricardo help me with the sale of my house a few years ago. He explained every detail about every step we had to take to make sure we received top dollar on our offers. I moved out of state before the closing and Ricardo once again stepped up to the plate and handled the closing for me. Once everything was signed and the sale was complete, Ricardo still followed up with me to make sure funds were deposited and to see if there was anything else he could do to help. I was vacationing in Europe at the time and he still called!!!
Long story short, I recently moved back to NC and you better believe I am having Ricardo help me in the purchase of a new home.
