Was recommended to Dr. Rose by a wonderful co-worker 35 years ago. Still just as happy with his professional work as I was first day I walked in. The caring and friendly staff treat every patient like family. Years back I had a major toothache. Dr. Rose personally called me back for a phone consult. Best dentist practice ever.

Went to several dentist around Garner to try to save a tooth that broke from a pretty large filling in it, As I didn’t want to extract it!. All of them told me I either needed to extract it or a root canal and a pricey implant!!! Remembered Dr Rose From way back that he had done some work on some of my family members. Stopped in with Mr Donald Rose to get a second opinion cause of his expertise. He immediately took me in and resolved the problem the same day!, Filled and saved my tooth that I didn’t want to get extracted.. Great Dr, Great Staff.. Definitely recommend and will be back for more work on my teeth...

My son is going back to Dr. Rose because Dr. Rose is the only one who has never hurt his mouth. He is a skilled dentist, and has wonderful prices for people who don't have dental insurance.

I always enjoy my time with doctor Rose and staff. Dr. Rose takes time with each patient to clean teeth, x-ray and address any issues. The staff, Tersa, Holly and Nancy, are very friendly, helpful and pleasant. I've been a happy patient for 15+ years.
