Bought my tires online and set up an appointment 3 weeks in advance
When I arrived - the associate (Lawrence) had EVERYTHING printed and ready to sign- so efficient
We went to inspect the car and validate the tires were the correct size
1 1/2 later he called and said the car is ready
When I arrived the associate explained everything about the additional services that are included
Rotating , balancing and road hazard
I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and knowledge
Lawrence made this a very easy and time efficient process - a true asset for BJ’s
