North State Bank

I've had several bad meals from McDonald's in the past year so I was reluctant to give this location a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. My sandwich was hot and fresh. Fries were perfect and my drink not watery. I will definitely return to eat at this location next time I'm in Refugio.

I came here the other day to get my kid a kids meal. It took a little bit to get an answer on the intercom through the drive through but when we did, the gentlemen was super nice. He even stated that they were out of all sodas but that they could give us an ice cream instead so we did that. Good job at keeping the customer happy.

I stopped here for some fries and to use the restroom, did not know this restaurant gets so busy on a Sunday from all the road travelers. Supervisor Catherine was working like positions all on her own. She had a smile positive attitude and was motivated to serve and help. She helped a couple who did not even speak English. She took fries and nuggets out and prepared them, the. She served me and still had a smile. The restaurant was clean and restrooms were clean and well maintained. I gave this place 5 stars for having someone so positive and under staff do so much.
Will always be stopping here.

Recently bought a home and did my mortgage with Dolly Smith at North State Bank. I’m self employed and there were a lot of hoops to jump through, but Dolly kept me on track and informed through the entire process. It was easy and she was always available to answer questions.
