Erica is awesome. My husband went to her for planters fasciitis he had been suffering from for years and years. He and our Podiatrist tried everything and finally he referred my husband to her for a procedure called “dry needling” after a few sessions he was relieved from the pain he had been suffering from for years.

I was referred to her by Cary Orthopedic for my frozen shoulder. After going to her and her working on it for awhile I’m thankful to say, I now have my range of motion back in my right shoulder with very little pain and resistance.

Select has been a wonderful experience for us. Both Sarina and Erica, the therapist, have worked hard with my daughter, Katie, to get optimal results. They are very patient oriented and always went out of their way to find convenient appointment times to fit a very busy schedule. I highly recommend this practice.
