Wow I mean just wow, I had an issue with my vehicle after I purchased it, I was expecting the usual back and forth with the service manager like all typical dealerships. Not this dealership, Bill the service General Manager was beyond amazing! He took the time to sit down with me and listen to my issue, he said he will look into and get back to me In 2 days and he did just that! not only did he resolve my issue but he did it with kindness and was extremely professional! I highly highly highly recommend going to Rockville Centre Mercedes’ to buy a car and as well service your car through them! Ask for Bill! He’s incredible. Thank you!!

I paid $ 200 for the technician to look at my brakes very expensive. In the end, nothing was wrong. Apart from that service is great. Mercedes Benz the best or nothing. 🤩🤩

This place is incredible! It's like a cross between a mall and a high end department store. Really interesting how its set up. Talked to one of the mechanics and he was very friendly. All the staff were very friendly. Good place. 👍

I actually arrived at this property by mistake, thank GPS, the front desk attendants were so nice I wished I had booked this property. They gave me directions to the property I did book. If I could have canceled and stayed here instead I would have.

I stayed here for almost 8 months while working in the area and was very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, always called me by name and were very accommodating if I needed something or when I had to change my schedule. The hotel is very clean throughout, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was not being served due to COVID-19 but there was always coffee and juice available.
The rooms are quiet and I never heard noise from other rooms. It is also situated near numerous restaurants, and a walmart. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The location is strange and the interior is lackluster but the staff were super nice! I wouldn't go again because of how it looked but I definitely did enjoy my stay.

It’s getting renovated. Right hand side of the building is already done. They are making changes in the other side. Pool, fitness center is closed due to same reason.

I got room 209. Fresh color, new Carpet and just perfect.

Once it’s done it will be one of the best to stay in this area.
