I cannot even begin to find the words to describe how well Paul is as a realtor. He is and will be the only realtor I use from now on! He is professional, thorough, patient, kind and understanding! He has became part of my family!

We were the market for single family home with a lot of criteria, because this would be our first home purchase. We contacted Paul in 2019 and started with the search.Quickly by sending us some listing and going through our thoughts about the listing, he understood exactly what we were looking for. Months after months, scheduling houses after houses, we were not able to find something that we loved. Paul gave us some idea to look at areas that we didn't initially had in mind to explore more inventory, but he was not pushy and respected our decision and was very patiently working with us.

As a first time home buyer, I was not very aware of certain nuances that one should looks for which might be troublesome later while selling. Paul was there during our viewing to point to those that we overlooked. Given how quickly a house gets sold in Cary/Apex/Morrisville area, if i see some house listed newly, I sent Paul messages to schedule a viewing and he always scheduled something quickly for us. Finally, after months of search, we were able to find a house that matched all our criteria in a location we desired for way below the budget we set. He helped us to submit the offer, helped negotiating with the sellers and was helping us all the way through closing. Even after 6 months since closing, he is still helping us with making some decisions on value adds we are doing to the house. It was great experience working with Paul through out.

Paul Huber did the impossible!
My husband and I moved from FL to NC in Sept 2019. We ended up feeling terribly homesick for FL and knew our business would grow at a more rapid rate there so we decided to move back!
We listed our home in NC only 9 months after we purchasing. I know. Sounds like financial suicide. BUT, we made major upgrades to the home in 9 months that substantially increased the value. That along with Paul's expertise helped us to go under contract only 2 weeks after listing in the middle of the Corona Virus pandemic!
We were back home in FL by June 2020! So grateful.

Everything about working with Paul was smooth sailing. I had always thought that buying a house would be stressful, but the whole time we were searching for a house, each time we made an offer and were outbid, and then finally to the one that we closed on everything felt so easy. I had no idea that it could be so simple. Paul was there every step of the way, I would recommend him to everyone and anyone that is looking to buy a house. I am still shocked at how smoothly everything has been going, it was absolutely fantastic to have Paul as a realtor.

I’m not one to right reviews but Paul has gone above and beyond for me and my family every time. We have bough and sold many houses over the past few years and he has guided us in the right direction every time. His knowledge of the market is incredible and he really focuses on you as the client and your needs. His personality and professionalism is comforting. No matter what your situations is he can get you across the finish line. He has gone over the top on every single deal we have done with helping us with cleanings,moving, recommending trades and him personally going to check and make sure everything is done. With out a doubt the best Realator on the coast.
