The Villages at Pecan Grove Apartments

I do enjoy living here considering it's the first place I've lived by myself. The place is pretty clean, and the community is pretty quite. The staff is very helpful as well. Lesley is the one I've dealt with the most and she has always been very helpful. She is without a doubt my go to for issue's. Overall a pretty decent place to live.

I've rented an apartment here for over 3 years. It's safe, clean, has a great pool, workout room and walking trails. The people that live here all seem to be good people. The location is pretty good too. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Lesley Barnes is fast to help when you need it. The maintenance staff is very fast to fix any issues.

I moved in to the villages two weeks ago and Ewona Harris guided me through the process with warmth and friendliness. She always has a smile on her face and I look forward to seeing her and saying hi if I’m in the office area. She answers every question I have and she responds quickly with more than enough info and effort. I don’t know if I would’ve chosen this complex had she not been the one that had guided me through.

My boyfriend and I LOVE living here. We’ve had absolutely no issues since moving here over a year ago. The community is friendly, the apartments are beautiful, the location is great! And I couldn’t speak more highly of the office staff! I have lived at apartments where the office staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The office staff at Pecan is readily available and always willing to help in any way they can. Lesley Barnes is AMAZING. She has helped us out numerous times, and is just an incredibly kind and patient person. Fiona in the front office is great too ☺️ Maintenance is quick and also very helpful! We genuinely have no complaints about this place, I would recommend it to anyone!

I have had the pleasure of living here for almost 2 years and love it, for many reasons. The top reason would have to be Sheena Williams! She is the definition of kind, helpful, understanding and down right awesome! Seeing her brightens my family’s day. Any “issue” I’ve had she helps solve, therefore making it seem and feel it wasn’t even an issue. The whole team is wonderful and it’s because of the great leadership of Ms. Sheena! She sets the tone for the complex and I feel everyone who lives around here is a bit like her because her kindness and generosity is contagious to those she encounters. Neighbors are wonderful, and the maintenance team is as well! I truly cannot complain about the Villages at Pecan Grove!
