Valerie is has vast knowledge, experience and innate healing gifts that give a personal and unique session every time I go. My experiences with Valerie over the past 4 years have truly sustained greater peace and balance. She helps me to direct what I need in each session and then guides me to achieve results. I started working with Valerie Remhoff last March because I felt trapped in my business and was becoming so frustrated, stressed out, anxious, and burnt out that I wanted to sell the business and hide under my covers for a few months.

It’s hard for me to describe what Valerie does because it is so unique, diverse, and individualized that it feels like magic.

🦋 Have a sense of calm and groundedness that I’ve never experienced before in my life. I’ve always been a Type-A, high strung, do all the things type of person. That takes its toll on a person. Now, I’m more relaxed and feel open to opportunities coming to me which by the way when I stopped fighting and forcing opportunities came. It’s the best feeling in the world. I’m so much happier and in a state of joy and trust more.

Here’s how I can best explain it.......I was able to work on my mindset and know things intellectually but I was still struggling so I knew the blocks and areas that needed help were on the subconscious and energetic level.

That’s where Valerie came in. She helps me clear my blocks on the subconscious level so I can fully integrate and be whole and free from all the junk holding me back.

I recently attended two workshops with Butterfly Holistic’s. Valerie is amazing, so knowledgeable about the human body and a healer. Not only did I learn specific skills to incorporate into my massage practice, I also benefited from the work as we practiced during class. I am better for attending, body, mind and spirit and will take more classes from her.

Valerie is wonderful! My family and I live in NJ and have been doing virtual sessions. I suffer from auto immune diseases and she has been a Godsend in helping with my chronic pain. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend her!
