I used Patsy Clark to buy my house at 402 Bailey Kenly NC 27542. I made an offer on the property and was ready to up the offer by $2000.00 but Patsy told me to wait. Within a half an hour the seller's agent called and accepted the offer. She also saw that the settlement attorney was overcharging and got his fee reduced by $300.00. So Patsy saved me $2300.00 by being an experienced negotiator and having great attention to detail.
