I can't praise this practice enough. From the ladies at the front desk, to Jean (one of Dr. Rumley's outstanding assistants) to Dr. Rumley himself, there is loads of compassion, gentleness and precision. I've been to many (way too many) dental practices in my life and I would recommend Midtown Dental to anyone looking for a group of people who are kind, considerate, caring and looking only to help and make you pain-free!
My entire family loves the convenience to our home, outstanding patient care and the kind, gentle manor that the doctors and staff (from front to back) extend to us at every visit. If you are looking for a dental practice that welcomes you by first name when you walk in the door...look no further!
I have had some horrible and painful experiences in the past with dentist. So much so that I did not want to go back. When I had to go back I dreaded it. I feared the pain I experienced in the past. Rumley is brilliant. all the fears I had were for nothing. He worked and I could barely feel a thing. Plus all of the staff there is so welcoming, comforting, and polite. Not to mention they work with you with your payment plan. I was never caught off guard and never felt pressured to make any financial decisions. The place is great and I would recommend it to anyone.
This is the best dentistry practice in town. From the time you walk through the door until your appointment is complete the staff makes you feel right at home. No one likes going to the dentist but Dr. Rumley and his staff make it easy on everyone to enjoy the experience. Highly recommend without hesitation.
Two days prior to our visit, my son was at the orthodontist. It was discovered that one of his baby molars had split in half, broke off and left the other half attached. They recommended we have it removed to allow the adult tooth to come out.
I left the office and immediately called Tara at Midtown Dental. As always, her voice met me with professionalism and accommodation. She fit us in as soon as possible and even, magically, was able to align my son's appointment with my husband's upcoming appointment in two days.
Although never the most pleasurable experience, my son stated they removed the tooth with ease, didn't disrupt his braces and was just in-and-out in no time. Not to mention, after forgetting his tooth at the office, they were nice enough to call and let us know.
This office/practice is just outstanding! It took us 8 years (after moving here) to find them, but they are well worth it. Don't wait that long ~ I recommend calling to book your first appointment today!
