    I have lived in this complex through 3 different corporate management changes. We have always made it a point to speak kindly and bluntly about all issues we have faced. I will say honestly, we have just had the BEST full remedy for one of our issues. They utilized their front desk staff, office manager, and outside contractors etc. to fix the issue. It is a pleasure to say satisfaction is met when you communicate properly with intelligent and diligent people. Thank you Matt (at the front desk). Thank you Kitty (sorry if I misspelled your name). Of course, thank you willow creek management for allowing your staff to have corporate back up for issues (cough cough approving money to increase your current resident's living comfortability)!

    Also, our maintenance crew is full of jewels; but my family's favorite person is "SUPERMAN"! Also known as Matt...he is so kind to my son, and both my husband and I. Thank you...just for being you!
