  This place is okay, and this is exactly what I mean. Nothing exciting, but not bad ether. Just solid food vendor with very reasonable price for good food which is just above fast food level. It has two designated areas, one is with traditional seating and another with live hibachi style chef presentation. To be honest, I was searching in the first area and had my dinner, which was filling but not romantic, so if you aim for that you better try another room.

  The food here is phenomenal! I've ordered the sushi and hibachi before. Sat at the hibachi table and the bar. Both sides of the restaurant are great!
  
  You can still order hibachi if you're sitting at the sushi bar. I'm in love with the Poseidon roll. It's phenomenal! Absolutely amazing. I'm pretty sure it's heaven in a sushi roll. The fire cracker roll is delicious. The Carolina Twister is great! All around, great sushi!
  
  The hibachi is absolutely phenomenal! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! The chef is always kind and interacts with the people at the table.
  
  The mushroom soup you get with your hibachi is delicious! It's a simple and elegant broth that us a great way to start a meal!
  
  Overall, fantastic place! Definitely one of my favorite places now!

  The food here is always delicious and the cooks generally put on a great show. The servers can be hit or miss though. But the overall experience is still great. Sushi is good from my limited knowledge of sushi. The filet is super delicious. It’s your classic hibachi restaurant, so what more could you ask for? I would say that Kanki is generally higher quality than other hibachi places that I’ve been to.
