Sarah was awesome. She was handling a lot of different things at once but always made me feel important and not like I was being forgotten about while I waited. The appointment was personable and informative. She even walked out with me after to find something over the counter that I needed. I was honestly surprised to have had such an awesome experience. I will make this my place to go when the random minor illness pops up!
Had a minor rash on my arm as a skin reaction to a recent tattoo. There was a little wait to be seen, but this is not a issue with me because it is a walk-in service and there were people there before me. Fair is fair. The PA-C there, Jennifer, checked my arm (after the usual blood pressure, pulse, temp, breathe aounds) and offered a 5 day prednisone pack. She said I could use a cream but she didn't want to take any chance of messing up the tat. Very nice thought.
She messaged the pharmacy (the clinic is in a CVS) and I walked over to get the prescription, which was already filled. The check out person, Kendra, was absolutely wonderful. Nice, cheery, professional.
Medical visit was $35, prescription was $12. Once I was called for my turn to be seen, the entire time was about 15 minutes.
My husband & I cannot thank Jean Harris enough for the superior care of our 3 year old daughter. She took the time to thoroughly examine her, & even walked us back to the pharmacy. She is very knowledgeable & extremely nice. Thank you so much!
