A1 Installer

Hello everyone: I connected with Robert of A1 back in February 2020, for a television installation/wall mount, with a soundbar. Robert explained most that I needed to know in our first phone conversation and at that time, we set a date and time for the install. Once I spoke with Robert, I was at ease with the decision I had made with choosing him for the install. On the scheduled date of the install, Robert arrived on time and ready to go. Once he saw the television, he was well aware of the brand and he commenced to explaining more than I probably needed to know about the television. I could've gone with the big box store for the install. But, I probably wouldn't have received the personal service that I received from Robert. The install looks terrific and he took his time to explain key functions before he left. He made sure that everything was clean and picked up before leaving too. Comparing A1 to the big box store's, his price was compatible and their service was excellent. I'd highly recommend them and I'll be using them again in the future.

When we moved to Raleigh more than 10 years ago we hired at considerable expense atech firm to install a home theater setup. After experiencing poor quality sound over and over we had the good luck to turn to A1 Installer. Within minutes Robert Doelker discovered what was wrong and fixed things. What was wrong, it was obvious to my wife and me, was that the so-called expert the costly tech firm had wasn’t very good.

Over the years at the two different homes we’ve lived in here in Raleigh we have several times turned to Robert and A1 to do all sorts of different projects - and we have always been extremely satisfied.

He is extraordinarily knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. He gives great advice and he explains things in a clear way that a non-tech person like me can easily understand.
