  We worked with Jason recently to sell our home in downtown Cary. We received multiple offers above list price in less than 24 hours! He was extremely professional, organized, and responsive throughout the entire process. He gave great advice about what to do to prepare our home to ensure we received top dollar.   We have now bought and sold a home with Jason and both experiences were top notch! We just sold our home in Cary and it could not have gone better. Jason helped us in prepping the house and doing some smart updates to make the house as a attractive as possible. He also does an amazing job marketing the house in different publications and virtual outlets. In the end we had 3 offers on the house within 48 hours of it being on the market and ended up getting well over asking price. Jason D rocks!

  Jason D was amazing! His top priorities throughout our home selling process was to keep us well informed, advocate for what we wanted and to try and keep things as stress-free as possible.   Jason is an exceptional realtor. We moved to North Carolina back in Dec from Las Vegas and needed to find 3 houses in a 15 min radius of each other. One for our family, one for my brothers and one for my in-laws. This was a huge task as we are all very specific on what we want (which were all widely different from each other) we were working with another realtor who had show us all so many houses but nothing was hitting the mark. Not even close. So needing a change we reached out to a friend and asked for the contact of the number ONE realtor in the state. If anyone could find exactly what we wanted it would be the best right. YES. We were right. Jason is the BEST of the BEST. I really don’t have enough good things to say about him. He sat down with each of our families and found out exactly what we were looking for and really listened to the details. He was informative, and because he grew up here he knows the areas. Which was so helpful because we are new to NC so knowing the “Good” neighborhoods is imperative. He was so attentive and you could see this wasn’t just a job for him. This is his passion. And with every house he sold us you could see the joy in his face when we found the perfect one. Every question we had got answer immediately and we felt very taken care of through the whole process. Still after his job is done he is answering council questions I have. With Jason I don’t feel like I’ve just gotten my dream home, I feel like we had an “experience” with him and also have gained a friend. Jason is always well dressed and very polite and professional and I really can’t say enough. You are looking for THE perfect realtor look no further. Jason’s your guy.
