(February 4, 2021, 9:15 pm)I've been a member since 1999 and NFCU has always had my back. I will be a member for life. The customer service rocks, the product offerings are great, and their loan applications are simple, easy, and convenient. I do wish they had a branch closer to where I live in Kernersville, though. It's an hour and a half drive every time I need to deposit cash. However, it's a small price to pay for everything they give me in return.
