  I love Leigh House! On-site, friendly staff members. Maintenance requests filled within 24 hours. Super clean apartments and hallways. Easily accessed mail room and safe package delivery area. I can’t say enough about this place! Thanks, Amanda, Cherese, and Ivan for all you do!

  I was let out of my lease at Park and Market in North Hills due to a pest issue. Leigh House was the only place I looked at and I had to move fast. I was pretty freaked out about bugs after my last experience and they offered to spray the apartment before I moved in even though it was in perfect condition and I saw zero bugs. I’ve only been here a few weeks but it’s been amazing. Ivan showed me two units and was super patient and helpful while I decided between the two. He’s helped with the whole move-in process and answered all of my questions. All of my neighbors are quiet and friendly. The whole building is actually pretty quiet. The apartments are so modern and luxurious but the rent is pretty affordable considering all that you get. Best kitchen ever! The location is also great with all of the restaurants, CVS, and Food Lion in walking distance. I hope to be here for a long time.

  Great complex, great amenities and upscale apartment units. The management staff is professional and very friendly, if you're thinking of moving in go see Haleigh. She made my move in process a breeze. Honestly all the staff members are professional and helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive and knowledgeable following up on completed maintenance and repair items ensuring the resident is set and satisfied.
  I'm impressed, keep it up!

  Lived here for 13 months. Great location, nice apartments. Here's what you need to know about this place: The property manager Rob Boggs is one of the best you'll ever find. Super kind, caring, and will do the best he can to make sure you're happy. It's a rare thing nowadays so if you rent here soak it up and enjoy it! The rest of the staff is lovely too. Thank you Leigh House.
