  I was recently in an automobile accident where my vehicle was totally destroyed. I needed a new vehicle my salesman, Travis , and John Hiester Chevrolet was there! First, the sales folks are all salaried...so their only goal is to get you a car you like at a price you like. He used phone calls and text messages to show me what they had available that matched what I was looking for and at my price point. I chose my vehicle, financed it, and John Hiester delivered it to my house. I did it all from the comfort of my living room. Travis in sales, Josh in finance, and everyone I worked with at John Hiester was just phenomenal. I highly recommend checking them out for you vehicle needs.

  I bought a used vehicle from this dealership over the weekend and it was the most painless, genuine dealership experience I’ve had. When we arrived, we weren’t immediately swarmed by salesmen. We got the chance to walk the cars and find the one I’d been looking at online already. Kahlil came to check on us, but we weren’t quite ready yet. We were given plenty of time and space to browse. When we were ready, we were helped immediately. Kahlil was amazing throughout the entire experience. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I’m a very cautious driver and I was nervous about testing a new vehicle, but I didn’t feel judged. Top tier customer service, communication, and amazing value on the car I bought. No one tried to upsell me or convince me I needed something I didn’t. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, ask for Kahlil.

  I cannot express how great the guys at John Hiester Chevrolet treated my family and I. Eric was our Salesman and made it a breeze purchasing our 2020 Equinox, he wasn’t pushy and offered us plenty of great options/recommendations and let us decide exactly what we wanted, couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Howard made sure we were taken care of the moment we walked through the door and Dan provided excellent service with all the information & paperwork. We will definitely be coming back ASAP for a truck!

  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff throughout. The salesman was helpful but not pushy. The non-pushy approach was why we stayed to buy when we had intended to shop/look. We had looked online and knew what we wanted and they did all they could to get us what we wanted with price to match. When we decide to purchase another new car, we would be happy to go back there again.

  We were welcome by Scott Merritt, a very friendly and experienced salesman who was able to set up a test drive for the vehicle I had identified. During the drive he explained each feature of the car in depth and was able to answer all our questions. He then explained the whole price structure and potential incentives. Scott spent the time to work with us on our needs and the next day helped to answer further questions that we had. We completed the purchase the next day and it was overall a great and smooth process. I would definitely do this again :-) thanks Scott for your patience with us as we had to go after hours and for your great expertise of the cars and trucks you are selling.
