I live in a special senior citizens community called sexton place where everyone looks after one another, but this particular time you looked after us.. we had an insensitive individual who lived on the other side of us who continually burned trash creating an unsafe and unhealthy environment for us..we have several homeowners with health issues. I tried calling the town, the police and the fire department all saying they could do nothing because his lot was considered county.. last resort I called the EPA and your chief discussed our case with them...problem solved.. thank you for your service and for going the extra mile.. senior ciitizens sometimes are ignored or not looked at as intelligent people..thank you for thinking differently and protecting us..

Super friendly staff. There’s a geocache on the property (with their permission), and when you start walking into the property towards the cache, they all know what you’re doing and won’t give you hassle. Very cool.

We moved to Fuquay in May 2015 and one of our first stops was to visit Fuquay Fire Department Station 1. We were given a personal tour of the station by two fine firefighters, both named Josh. If you are a fan of the FD, a visit here will be a great educational experience for all ages.
