Have used this shop in the past. I just brought in my car at 230 without an appointment. With a possible bad bearing. They had it done by 5pm. Never in my life have I had such a turn around great job. Most definitely will use again.

I've been coming here for years for vehicle inspections. They were always quick and efficient. A couple weeks ago we dropped off two vehicles for oil changes and they got them done in a very reasonable amount of time and for a very fair price. My truck's AC stopped blowing cold. I tried to recharge it myself with an auto parts store kit, but it just wouldn't work. I brought it into Stephenson's yesterday expecting to leave it for at least a day or two for them to diagnose the issue and find the parts to fix it since it is an older model (94 Dodge Ram 2500). I was pleasantly surprised when they called me later that afternoon and it was done. I had a nice cool drive home on a hot NC day. :)

Absolutely a great place. Very helpful. I am a single mom and I felt that they helped me and didn't recommend anything that wasn't necessary. I highly recommend them
