Yoga Legacy

Yoga Legacy provided an amazing 200 hour yoga teacher training. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and are truly invested in their students' success. Every weekend after training I leave feeling more confident, more positive, and more capable than I was before. I already have plans to continue my education with them and I cannot recommend them enough.

Taking my Yoga teacher training with Yoga Legacy was one of the best and most memorable experiences of my life. All the teachers and facilitators are thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable. They each come from different backgrounds and have different teaching styles/designations so, it presented a very comprehensive learning environment. I started my training 8 weeks postpartum and they provided me with time and space to pump/nurse. They gave me support and advice (only when asked!) and made me feel like a member of their family. They even let my little one come and visit me during training! Pat and Kaye went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and able to maintain my responsibilities as a mother. I had to take slower approach and enroll in the individualized training program so, I got to meet lots of different teacher trainees. I'm happy to say that I can count each one of these people as my friend. The atmosphere was always positive and empowering. Yoga Legacy focuses on safety first and foremost and I think that is SO important. I also loved all the practical teaching time this program provided me; it properly prepared me for teaching professionally. I recommend this school to all of my friends and look forward to taking more specialties trainings from this lovely group of people. Namaste!

Yoga legacy is a fantastic school and the teacher's implement their expertise not only with research, but real life examples and practical knowledge. They create a positive learning environment to enhance the trainee. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who is interested in yoga teacher training.

I enjoyed the Yoga Legacy 200 hour training program. The teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. I feel that the Yoga Legacy training gave me a solid foundation on which to start my journey as a yoga teacher. I like that from the beginning the program prepares students to teach classes by requiring students to prepare and teach a class for each training module. I also appreciated the flexibility of the program schedule and that I was able to complete the training while balancing work and family obligations and priorities. The course materials are well organized and structured and will be a valuable resource for me as I move into the next stage of my yoga journey. Thanks Pat & Kaye!

Yoga Legacy's teacher training program is a wonderful training program. I loved that the program fit into my schedule because trainings are given on weekends. The instruction was extremely informative - what we learned was enhanced by real world knowledge from the facilitators. Safety and correct alignment are given the attention they deserve during each module. I cannot say enough good things about this school - I am so happy with my training!
