In my mind, that means she stays abreast of all the latest advancements in her field, provides a pleasant, clean environment for her patients, hires top-notch hygenists, focuses on problem prevention, is compassionate, responsive, and reassuring, and, most importantly, provides excellent dental care.
If you want to know what kind of person your medical professional is, look at how well he or she keeps staff. Dr. Gerics clearly takes wonderful care of her people and knows that being a dentist is more than just filling cavities!
