  My husband and I purchased our first home together and needed help navigating homeowner insurance. We found Cliff Harris and he helped us to get a great policy that suited us as well helping us get bundled with some discounts! He will be our go to guy for insurance from now on!

  I have been using Cliff for the past 7 years. Always professional, returned calls, concerns in a reasonable time frame. He always helped me look into better options each year during renewal when I asked. Unfortunately the only platform he was with kept raising my rates over the past few years and I didn't find out until after I switched that he has new platforms for comparison. He is someone I will reach back out to in the future when I am re-examining my policies each year.

  We started with Nationwide over 12 years ago while shopping for better rates. Cliff was referred to us as an agent that knows all the ins and outs of insurance and can get the best deal. I was a little trepidatious since he was so young.
  I was pleasantly surprised that he saved us a lot of money! The range of cost between insurance companies is unbelievable.
  We started with just auto insurance and eventually combined our home policy as well. He really works hard for the customer. He is instantly available. I called him from 2 car accidents in the past for advice. In that situation you may not be thinking clearly. Without hesitation Cliff offered instant advice and valuable guidance for both situations. I realized once (on my way to court) that I needed a court letter. Cliff promptly emailed it to me so i didn’t have to postpone or be unprepared. He also served as a great resource as we searched for a new lot to build. He brought up important issues about more remote locations such as fire department access, etc. Moving from the city to the country has considerations and now we are informed. Thanks so much for being there for us over the years Cliff!

  We can't say enough good things about Cliff Harris and the team over there at Zacharko agency. We have used them for our commercial properties, personal home, cars, and more for over a decade. 1) Cliff delivers unparalleled customer service -- every time, without exception, when I ask Cliff for anything, he responds quickly, and his answers are spot-on. You always get the feel that he is on our side. He's creative in his problem solving (which can be necessary with our rental properties), and he does all the hard work for us. He never sends us to an 800 number, we never wait on hold for an answer. It's really simple -- we ask Cliff what we want to know, and he just takes care of it. 2) We had storm damage on a home, and Nationwide took care of the whole thing. No hassle, no denials, no fighting -- they just paid to get the whole roof and broken fencing re-done. 3) They offer an array of services, from cheap options like when our teenage son needed basic auto coverage, to complete liability coverage for our commercial properties. They're always looking for the best options, and they talk it through with you. We also insure cars and properties in Florida (I wish Cliff and the team could serve us there), and I can tell you, the companies we use there are no comparison to the service we've come to rely on with Zacharko. It's taken me a decade to get around to writing this review, but consider it to be representative of our stellar experience with them year after year. Highly recommended!

  I've been with the Zacharko group for over 5 years and they have been an outstanding organization. My family has multiple policies (cars, motorcycle, home, and others) with them and I cannot rave enough about how well they have treated me and my family. Cliff has been my go to guy and he has always been the epitome of class and efficiency. I buy many cars and Cliff is always there to give me a quote or switch policies. Never a hassle or headache. Everything handled immediately. Top notch service from friendly, polite people. You can't get personalized customer service like Cliff, Bob, and Debra provide. Highly recommended.
