  We purchased a BAK Revolver truck bed cover that was installed when we initially purchased our 2016 RAM 2500 (from a dealership down near Charlotte). The cover started having issues right about the time the warranty was to expire. We tried numerous times to contact the dealership (since they had the installation records), but the dealership had been sold and was under new ownership (that did not put an earnest effort into assisting us in finding the install records that had been passed along to them). Russel and Andrew were pivotal in assisting us resolve the issue. Andrew spent a great deal of time hunting down the pertinent information, communicating with BAK industries on our behalf, and securing a replacement cover. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Could not be more pleased with the service, communication, and helpfulness of Leonard Truck of Raleigh.

  Good experience buying a utility trailer. Got a trailer and several accessories. Customer service was good and so was price.

  Just picked up my Ram from having the bed sprayed. Even though it’s raining now it came out awesome. They did a great job. Friendly staff. They have also done a leveling kit and side steps for me in the past. Thank you guys!

  These guys know there products! Russell help me pick the right camper shell for my needs. He warned me it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the custom camper shell to be made. 2 weeks later he calls to let me know it was in and scheduled me an install date and time. I arrive on the install time and Mike had the shell washed and ready for install! 45 mins later I was on my way. Thanks guys. I definitely will be a back in the future!
