  I recently took my work computer to David and his son. The prong within the charger broke off into the charging socket of my computer. David was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the whole process, even on a Sunday. It was quite the emergency, but David promised the computer back in three hours same day...they finished within 1 1/2-2 hours. The price was ridiculously affordable, especially comparing it to my only other option of Best Buy that day. They even threw in a new charger for me!
  
  I would highly recommend Wild Dog Computers Inc. to anyone having issues with their computers! I know if I ever have any trouble and am in the Raleigh area, Wild Dog will be the first place I contact.

  My husband had to bring his computer in for repairs. It turns out that he actually had a factory warranty that he could use. At the time, Wild Dog Computers was in the middle of moving. Because of that it was a little difficult to get our computer. However, Wild Dogs personally deliver the computer to my husband's place of buisness. Come to find out we accidentally got the wrong cord, and we reached out to the company and they purchase us a new one and sent it to our house, and it was there in 2 days. This company went over and above to meet our customer service expectations. They were great!

  Great service. Gave them two computers and they fixed them with same day turnaround. This is the second time I have come to Wild Dog for different computer issues. Their prices are fair, and the customer service is spot on. I would highly recommend this local computer shop!!!
