Sandling Beach State Recreation Area

The Verizon store in London, Ohio has two amazing, patient employees. Sunday June 19th Kail spent 2 hours helping me with my new
phone. I had accidentally put my old phone in the washer. She did a wonderful job retrieving what she could a from my old wet phone. She was brilliant!

Today, Lenny the district manager is helping me as I write this review. On a couple of previous visits to the Verizon store, Lenny has always been willing to help me with my phone. Great employee for this company.

These two have great attitudes and their willingness to help customers in any way is a good thing

My daughter and I went into your store last weekend for a new phone. Evan Smith was amazingly helpful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us. He is a stellar employee and an asset to your business!

This store is excellent and should be sought out by all customers. The employees here, especially Evan Smith, is extremely attentive to and is always able to solve issues. I was recently having issues with my phone and he knew exactly what to do to fix it. I’ll always drive out of my way to go to this store as opposed to others in my area!

I would like to commend your employee Evan Smith in the London Ohio office for his exemplary service in solving our needs for a durable yet easy to use phone for my disabled brother. He was very knowledgeable about the available products and very understanding of the difficulties we have trying to satisfy my brothers needs with todays technology. He also helped me personally by escorting me into the 21st century technology of "blue tooth" and at no time did he make me feel inadequate at my lack of knowledge. Thank you Evan!!!

Bring a cooler with drinks and snack, your towels and something to lay on in the sand, and SUNSCREEN!

This is definitely the best lake beach I have been to. Clean and breathtaking views.Amazing place to spend time with your family.

Found this place a week ago today, and was pleasantly surprised. Great, large beach, very large, roped off swimming area, large clean bathrooms and changing area, lots of picnic tables and grills, playground area, plenty of trash and recycling bins (wish people would use them) and they even provide life vests for little ones(wish parents would replace them when finished)
I enjoyed my first visit so much I decided to go back again yesterday and was appalled at what the beach looked like. Empty water bottles, broken beach toys, ie pails, all over the beach. The park is kind enough to provide life vests but the adults are not kind enough to return them to the peg area provided, instead just leaving them all along the beach. I got there early enough yesterday to know that this was all from the day before. I am guessing that the park is short of personnel to clean up after the lazy folks that come to enjoy the beach and swimming but are too lazy to clean up after themselves. I noticed they had a sign up for applications for jobs and even thought about volunteering to do it for free use of the beach and swimming but I live in Louisburg and the gas every day to and from would be too much for me to volunteer.

I like that there is a playground & life vests for kids. The restroom area was clean. It was easy to get there with signs directing us along the way. We paid $7 to park the car. Parking spots are only a few feet from the water so its not alot of hassle to find a spot. There were 4 other families when we went so not busy at all & the crowd was diverse.

Great day there with the kid swam an loved it. Clean bathroom as well.
