He got spots up that I thought were permanent and now my carpet looks brand new again. I would 100% recommend this company and definitely use them again.

(August 20, 2021, 6:45 pm)Honestly, the best carpet cleaning company I have ever had so far. I have two young sons and pets in the house and need carpet/ rug cleaning in a regular basis. Not only Jean does an awesome job on cleaning the carpets and rugs and gets all the stains out ( which noone else could succeed in it so far), but also he is on time, polite and definitely on top of his job. I would truly recommend him without any doubts.

I took their number down in hopes that I could get the rug cleaned while on vacation/road trip to kill two birds with one stone. Long story short, Elegant Carpet Cleaning were very professional, prompt and did a great job on my rug. The rug looks brand new and smell fresh!! Thanks ECC!!!
