No one likes needing car repairs, but this was actually a fantastic experience, honestly the best I've ever had at a body shop. Completely above and beyond customer care and service!

I hit some road debris Wednesday night and filed a claim Thursday morning. They had an appointment for me that same day, had a rental car waiting for me, got the (wrong) part in Friday, drove to the dealership and got the correct part that same day, and still had my car ready for me that same Friday! They even stayed open 15 minutes late when I got stuck at work so I could pick up my car! Less than 48 hours after my car got damaged, I'm back in my fully repaired car. I couldn't be more happy with this experience, and will be back again for any future needs.

Had to have some work done in my 2012 4Runner due to a rear-end collision Coats Garage was one of my options given to me by the insurance. Well, I am so thankful that I chose them!! Friendly and experienced people, neat and organized business visually, not the classic run down body shop off the side of the highway. They fixed my 2020 subaru after it was hit on the rear end in an accident. They had it turned around in less than a week including ordering parts and painting. Great communication, I received phone calls and text updates along the way. Final product looks professional and clean, they even cleaned the interior of my car.

They did a great job with communicating throughout the process of handling my insurance claim, repairing my car and assisting with the rental. My agent and the repair team were pleasant, accommodating, well informed and made the experience easy.

Great service and great experience. They have text message updates so you know what’s going on. They fixed my car quicker than quoted. Also a really nice waiting area. Will definitely return if I need service.
