(November 5, 2018, 5:50 pm)This is a local gem in Raleigh, NC, not many people know about it. You can only get this ice cream on NC State's campus or at the State Fair. I recommend you get cookie dough or mint chocolate chip. After you enjoy your ice cream, stroll around NC State's beautiful campus.
