I don't know where to start. I have been all over the place with diets, keto, exercise, smoothie programs, fasting - and a million other things. Needless to say the results we minimal at best - especially long term sustaining. Dr. Myers was recommended to me by a friend who had great success with the program. I decided to give it a try - I cannot put into words what this program and Doctor have done for me. I highlight the Doctor form multiple reasons - here is why..the program works, it is proven, super easy to follow and lifetime sustainable - it is FANTASTIC. In addition to the research and time the Doctor has put into the program she and Nora have a RELATIONSHIP with EVERY patient that walks through her door. On top of needing to lose weight (45 lbs) I have Fibromyalgia, I have had back surgery, neck surgery and multiple doctor treatments to try and reduce pain. I have been to Orthopedic doctors, physical therapists, pain management, chiropractors and so on - all to ONLY rack up thousands of dollars in debt with no results. Dr. Myers has taken on my case, studied it, tested me, individualized my treatment program, mentor me, spends significant time with me, studies my results, works out future plans and I could go on and on. She has changed my life - again yes the program is great BUT out of the 20 doctors and specialists I have seen over the last 5 years NONE of them compare to her. I have never had a Doctor focus on me and want to take a NON medicine approach - every doctor has thrown pills at me to mask or "ease" the pain. I have lost weight (over half of my goal - in 4 weeks) I have kept the weight off, I am energetic, and feel AMAZING. I have not felt this good since I was in my 20's.
