    Mr. Chen has come through for my son again for very reasonable fees! He got his registration and inspection issue dismissed, got his speeding down to less than 10 miles over the speed limit for which the judge then gave him a prayer for judgement! No points and just court costs. I highly recommend Mr. Chen!
