Although the large campus may seem daunting, we have been able to easily figure out where we needed to go during our 7ish visits here. AMAZING food in the cafeteria. We really appreciate the pediatric ER.

The experience that we had with our 16 year old son during his appointment with Dr. Hoover was absolutely one of the most positive experiences to be had in a health setting. He was very personable to all 3 of us. He spoke directly to our son about his condition while also incorporating us into the discussion and decisions, this definitely was a huge relief to our son that he was not just being talked about in front of himself. The procedure performed under local anesthetic was also a huge relief to our son, and the instructions for aftercare were very thorough. The nurses that assisted Dr. Hoover were also excellent and they were very knowledgeable and they worked efficiently with him. We drove 4 hours to see Dr. Hoover and would do so again if need be.

We are so grateful for the exceptional care our daughter has received from her stay in the NICU through our entire journey with feeding tubes over the past seven months. Claire and Karen have been enormously patient in talking through all of my little one's needs at appointments and have always made us feel as a team working to find solutions for her. I love that they are willing to educate me from their knowledge and experience but also to hear from my viewpoint as the mom and to bring those things together to form a plan. Especially in the early days, I would write messages several times a week, and they were always prompt and thorough in their responses. The doctors are also fantastic and it is so reassuring to know that the whole team is just a message or call away and will be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns that I have. We travel an hour one way to get to appointments and it is so worth it to keep our wonderful team.

The staff and surgeons are excellent. They are timely, professional, and personable. They really care and return your calls in timely manners. They save lives when no one else knows how. You can't choose a better place that cares more about your child.

Today was my daughter and I first time visiting WMPS. They were awesome. The doctor was great, Dr. Phillips, as well as nurses, Dashon and Shelby. They made us comfortable and they are big family friendly.
