Green Spring Valley

This is (hopefully if all goes well) my new home, and It looks beautiful! Not your average “run down trailer park”, this is a mobile home community. They have a pool and a park for your kids, basketball courts, and the whole community looks very nice and well maintained.
I wish they had parking for three cars bc our home has 3 beds but only 2 parking spots

This is a great place. Miss Deloris and Miss Stacy in the office were very polite and stayed on top of things through the entire application process. They got my family and I into a beautiful new home quickly and I am very thankful.

I being living here for years. The manager Ms.Delois are so nice and caring and Ms. Stacey.I really appreciate everything that they do for community. They always help me with any concerns. I thank you guy's for everything that you do. Please keep doing what you doing. It is very well appreciate and the improvement shows as well!!

I visit this neighborhood often, as my friend lives here. Everybody is nice to us, we don't get complaints about our loud music, and we can have a campfire every night of the week if we so desired.
We can't complain; however, we do find it frustrating that you can't park on the street or in your grass. The risk of being towed is not worth it, but they over do it. Have visitor parking spots if that's the case.
We love collecting the free scrap metal, but it's an eyesore seeing all those overflowing trash cans at the curb 7 days a week. I'd rather see a junk car parked at the curb than fly-buzzing trash.
I would only get gas here if it was a dire emergency. That is if I could, because you can't purchase gas here at the pump after hours. Well, actually you can never purchase it at the pump that's how old these pumps are-antique.
My last and final gripe would be the traffic, after the 25 speed bumps of course. They absolutely need to install a traffic light. I mean they gave us that middle turning lane, but nobody uses it to their advantage. So, there's times I sit and wait 10-15 minutes trying to just get on the road.
