As a Chinese i can say that it's Pretty authentic, also fast. We ordered chili fish, I always Order this at sichuan restaurants. Fish ho fen is also up to my expectation!
Excellent food great service great price recommend for anyone pay attention to spicy level it's not like most Oriental restaurants three peppers is hot but good can't wait to go back want to try everything on menu strongly recommend M6
The food is absolutely amazing and authentic. Definitely taking my friend or family here in the future if swing by.
Love to get this place for take out and dine in sometimes. I am vegan so they are able to do the Dan Dan noodles without pork and fried rice with no egg! Both really good, though the Dan Dan noodles were better for dine in. When I get them to go they have a bit too much black vinegar. I still enjoy them though. The green beans are really good as are the spring rolls. The vegetable dumplings were just okay, not as much flavor. Either way, I recommend this place!
I am so glad that I found Chuan Cafe. I am so particular about my Chinese food. They do carry some American favorites, the typical items. I personally do not like Americanized Chinese food. I order items that are a bit more authentic. And they have some incredible authentic Chinese food at their restaurant. I would honestly eat there everyday if I could. I really love their fish in chili oil. To me, it is perfection. There is another dish I adore equally , the name escapes me, and it is fantastic. I cannot wait to work my way through their menu and see what other excellent dishes they have.
