  my wife and I really enjoy living here at Allister North Hills. We moved here just over 2 years ago and recently renewed our lease. The apartment is well maintained as are the grounds. The facilities are nice, especially the large pool. i would definitely recommend this place

  The service of this place is awesome my moving date 4/16 but since I applied for this apartment Doris was the best and awesome she make me fall in love with the place before I move in true person with human heart love her !!!!!! This’s what you call customer service

  I have loved living at Allister for the last 15 months. However now that I am looking to buy a house and break my lease they are requiring a three month rent breakage fee and two months notice, so essentially five months of rent (more than a down payment). They also don’t allow subleasing. What is typical of the area is a sixty day notice. It’s unfortunate because I have loved living here but it’s hard to swallow that I won’t be able to start house hunting for eight more months or pay more money than my closing cost to simply break a lease in an area that has plenty of people who want to take over my apartment. I love living here just if you need any flexibility at all with your lease it may be financially a poor choice to live here oppose to competing complexes.

  Amazing complex with amazing amenities! Front office staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew is top-notch. Plus it’s just a short walk to all that North Hills has to offer.

  I’ve only been living at Allister for a couple months but I love it so far! My apartment was in top shape when I moved in with all updated appliances. I love the gym because it has everything I need. So happy I chose to live here!
