Perpetual Home Care

I cannot speak highly enough of Perpetual Home Care. My loved one has Alzheimer's Disease, is rather high-functioning, and is in a long-term care facility. On very short-notice, I needed to find a way to arrange some additional care for him for a couple of weeks. I called Perpetual Home Care (PHC) and they worked with me and made it possible to have aides scheduled within hours of my phone call.

Every interaction that I have had with the PHC office staff, nursing staff, or aides has been polite and courteous, and any questions that I had were answered.

Their nurse personally visited my loved one and did her best to see that he was properly attended to. In addition, she assured me that she was available to help me any way that she could, and she stayed in touch with me throughout the period of care by the PHC aides.

Every aide that came to sit with him was caring, compassionate, responsible, and professional. They went beyond what was expected to see that my loved one received proper care. Each aide had prior experience in caring for the elderly and brought their own unique gifts and abilities to their interactions with my loved one during their time together. I was able to rest more easily knowing that he was in good hands. In fact, one day my loved one told me, "I trust the lady who is taking care of me. I know that she's doing the best for me."

I am so grateful for everyone at Perpetual Home Care and will be recommending them to my friends who are also caregivers for their loved ones. In the future, if a situation should arise again where I need to arrange special care for a family member, I would not hesitate to contact PHC again.

I have been coordinating in home care for the past 15 months for an elderly lady that I work with. I have been very pleased with the quality aides that have been providing the care.
