Shopping for years at Tractor Supply Co, I'd say I can point out it's strength's and weakness. I love this great Business. I do believe they should hire more females. It would be nice if they wouldn't have such a high turn around in staff. It makes me wonder why they can't keep their staff for long. I witnessed bullying in our store. It was sad. This is something Tractor Supply Co. should prioritize. Invest in your staff and the sky is the limit.

I ordered a same day home delivery from a store that is closer to my home. They had all but one item. I got a call from the Coolidge a bit later saying they didn’t have the size I ordered, however they had a larger size bag and delivered it at no extra cost to me. Great customer service and communication between stores!
