(July 9, 2022, 7:11 pm)Great dinner with friends and family. Wait time was long for an early arrival if 4:45pn, however good was great and staff were excellent. The wait times were due to staff shortages. Such a bummer that restaurants are still taking the short-staffing hit. I do recommend this place. Will come back with my teen girls again.

(January 23, 2022, 11:14 pm)Disappointed with my first visit to Kanki. Arrived at 12:30 to find the wait to sit at a hibachi table at over one hour. Sat in the bar area and service was fast and very friendly. However, when our hibachi orders arrived the food was not hot, just barely warm. The chicken & shrimp hibachi tasted good. Portion size was okay, although I noticed the chicken was cut into very small piece, smaller than normal. I would go back IF I can sit at an hibachi table. I just want my food to be hot.
