I just finished my first month and it's hard to imagine going without it! I do the infrared sauna and cryotherapy once a week, as soon as I'm done I'm already looking forward to the next visit.
Raven gave me the tour and was very warm and welcoming, everyone there is super friendly. Can't recommend enough!
I’ve been going to ICRYO for a bit over a week now and have already felt the amazing benefits.
The cryo chamber helps boost mood and energy, as well as relieving inflammation. It’s extremely helpful for migraines and headaches.
The Red Light therapy is relaxing, helping me with healthy looking skin and pain management.
Compression has relieved sore muscles.
I cannot go on about all the benefits I’ve had in such a short period. But I highly recommend this place as an addition to your healthy life style.
Everyone there has been amazing! I feel at home when I go there!!
It’s worth every penny!
Yesterday I have my 1st experience with Cryo and Red light therapy here.
And let me tell you…it was amazing from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Erica was my tour guide and mentor for the day. She’s my new gal! Love her energy! 💛
She was very thorough with me and made me feel comfortable.
I will be recommending this place to my clients and anyone else I know who needs these services (which in my opinion that’s everyone)
Thank you! See you next week!
icryo is incredible, without a doubt the biggest part of my daily routine. From the PBM red light therapy, to cryotherapy, infrared sauna sessions and IV drips this place is your one stop shop for all health and well being needs. If you are considering coming in and check out the place look no further and give it a shot, you won’t regret it.
Go for compression after a long run race! It feels like a gradual massage. It never feels like too much pressure, but if it does, you can adjust the air pressure levels to whatever feels comfortable via the Rapid Reboot app. My legs go from feeling heavy and fatigued to lighter and refreshed!
