Autumn Pointe Apartments

I have lived here for one year and have found the people in the office to be helpful, caring and friendly. The maintenance staff respond quickly and go above and beyond what is expected. They are very helpful and do great work. I believe I'll stay awhile!

Very nice place to live in Raleigh. Quiet!!! So quiet and peaceful. The vast majority of tenants are working class singles and families. The grounds are well kept, dumpster areas are clean, pool and facilities are well looked after also. Management from day one has been responsive and great to work with. Maintenance was always timely and courteous. Unfortunately I had to leave state, but Anthony made the move-out process a breeze. I would recommend AP to family and friends in the future.

I have been living here since 2020, this is the best place I have never lived,it's so quiet, no problem,no presence of the police all the time because of fighting compare to the place I used to live(Pines of Ashton). All my maintenance issues have been completed in timely manner. Thank you to all the office staff, especially to Anthony for all of your help and you are so friendly, thank you also to Lenn and his team for the job you have been done.

All I have to say is THANK YOU Anthony for all of your help !! You are always so welcoming and very helpful and actually show that you care compared to any of the other office staff !!
