Caring Smile Family Dentistry

My review is somewhat in line with others below. I didn't have any preference for a dentist until I struggled with one tooth in pain. I went to the dentist near my work initially and they gave me the bill for a root canal and crown which easily got over a few thousand bucks. I went ahead to get a second opinion and happened to find this office. Dr. Kim took a careful review and went over the procedure that was conservative to preserve my natural tooth as much as it could. Dr. Kim was even on the phone with me for over 15 minutes to discuss my situation. That relaxed me a lot. So I didn't have to go extreme to do root canal and I am absolutely fine now after a small procedure. I am now even bringing my entire family here. If you are looking for a dentist who really takes care of you, listens to your concerns and discusses the right approach for you, you are in the right place.

I was here to get a second opinion as I got an outrageous bill from the previous dentist. The practice is clean and there is no waiting. The staff is vey friendly and professional. Dr. Kim took her time to listen to me and answer my questions. I feel she genuinely cared about what I was saying and wanted to help me and explained everything about procedures. She is very meticulous and not out to find costly dental needs as other places. Rosaly at the front is very responsive and explains everything about the cost with insurance plan. She knows what she is doing. I am happy with them and this will be my new dental home for sure!

Ok, I HATE going to the dentist, haha. But Caring Smile Family Dentistry makes it easy and stress-free. You're first greeted by the lovely Rosaly, who is the most responsive and caring front office person I've ever met! She answers my questions quickly (especially tricky insurance questions) and is super helpful. The dental staff are also all just amazing and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend. They are truly the best!

My sister recommended me to go get my dental treatment. Very warm and friendly environment. Dr. Kim is very thorough, kind and very transparent. She is also very detail oriented about my procedure and she did it very efficiently and with little pain. Thank you Dr. Kim for your work.

The whole team at Caring Smile Family Dentistry is great! The first appointment for me and my family was wonderful! Everyone was so kind, atmosphere was nice and the music selection was awesome :) They were able to accommodate staggering our appointments as we have a 1 year old and Dr. Kim took great care of her to make sure she isn’t afraid of the dentist when she is older. She is loving her Disney princess toothbrush. We have definitely found our new dental home.
