Others had turned up their nose when I said that I needed new logs for my 25-year old gas log setup, telling me that they could only be sold with a specific gas burner unit (mine still works fine). When they called to say they had arrived - we had ordered a set that wasn't in their store - they even sent someone to drop them off on the front porch. Good service!
