Crossroads INFINITI of Raleigh - Service Department

The best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Hinton and staff truly care about their patients and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their office.

OK, let me start by saying I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST, no offense thrown your way Dr. Hinton. I have always despised it due to my horrific child and adult experiences. On days I'd have appointments, I would rather watch paint dry, clean up horse stalls, or work double overtime, just to avoid stepping in that office. Now it's easy for me to say how absolutely amazing EVERYONE, yes, EVERYONE is at this office is, but words are just words right? I have always believed actions always speak louder than words, so I will leave you with this. I WILLINGLY woke up today at 7AM for a deep cleaning appointment. #teamhinton

My daughter is a special needs patient and Dr Hinton and her staff made her feel as comfortable as possible. She was so afraid and they moved whatever was necessary to accommodate her feelings. The surgery she experienced went so well and there was very little bleeding. Dr. Hinton did a great job.

Our business is not concluded yet but spoke to Phil in the service depth. My Infinity QX 80 ( purchased used from another company. It died! Couldn't even unlock car with key. Spoke w/ Phil and he was so patient. Told mee to get car to him & he would schedule me. While I was waiting on tow ruck I received a message from the dealership telling me the car was scheduled for Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. Got car to him and we were able to talk in person. My first impression was that I really like the dealership.

I own an Infiniti and wouldn't take my car to any other of the dealerships. The people in there are very helpful and make you feel welcomed every single time you go there. They're very honest in their work and what needs to be done to your car, if needed.

So here was the situation I was in. I live in Northern VA and was traveling down to North Carolina with the family. Our Infiniti check engine light came on halfway to NC. Concerned with the light I called the dealership 15 mins before they closed and asked if I could come in the following day.

When I showed up the following day without an appointment and spoke with David one of their Service Consultant. I explained that we’re on our trip, we only have the one car and I was concerned with driving 5 hours back to VA not knowing what was up with the check engine light.

David was awesome !!!
He said that he would get it in and have them take a look. He got our car looked at right away. Our issue was fixed, washed the car and had me out the door in about 1 hour.
Great Customer Service, Great Service and Great Experience.

As always, consistent and timely service!! I've been a service customer for 13 years and have always been quite pleased with the staff and the expertise of the service department!!...and I always appreciate the 'free' wash! Thank you!
