Very happy with Home Team Pest Defense. They were courteous and helpful from the first phone call until the delivery of first service. There was no strong arm sales, no fancy pitches, no funny business, just helpful information and excellent service. The person that came to do our initial service did a great job and called us to inform of every step, every issue he found, along with the proper solution. We had spiders, fire ants, and yellow jackets. He addressed all of them and my yard is much safer for the kids now. I think the service is a good value, definitely recommend.

I have been using them for the past year and they have been amazing. They do a great job keeping all the pests at bay. They make it so easy to makes appointments and if I need them to come back out they are there within a few days.

Very impressed with HomeTeam! We called to set up quarterly pest service - they were very friendly & took the time to explain their services & pricing. Best of all, I called on a Wednesday & they set us up for the following day. The technician was professional, thorough, and on time for the appointment. Very happy with the service they provided!

We've been using HomeTeam Pest Defense for almost a year and have had a great experience so far! Just signed up for auto payment with Tammie today and she was wonderful! It's so nice to speak with a friendly representative who makes the process super easy. Thanks Tammie! They have a customer portal that is helpful when you want to look at past inspection reports or pay your bill. The services can be a little pricy, but not far from the other competitors in the surrounding area. We have both the termite and pest control services. Brian assisted us in the beginning with our initial contract. He was very helpful, answered our questions thoroughly, and made sure we understood everything before signing. He was one of the reasons we decided to go with HomeTeam over the competitors. Our technician, David, has been great too! He contacts us the day before service and when I've ask, he lets us know when he is a few minutes away so we can bring our pups inside. We haven't noticed any pests inside since we've started using them. Hopefully it will continue that way through the summer!

We haven’t used them for long, so I truthfully can’t speak on longevity/long term effectiveness of their services but so far so good. I mostly came to say that the service team is some of the nicest most knowledgeable people I have ever met. They worked with our yard service schedule and even came back once we realized it would be better timing. We do termite, pest control inside, ant yard treatments and mosquito yard treatments and again, so far so good. They stand by their product and I 100% stand by their quality of customer service.
