They were super responsive and got back to me first thing Monday morning and got me scheduled. The price I was quoted was better than any of the other quotes I got and it included taxes, labor, etc. so when I was paying the day of there were no surprises or extra fees. The guy doing my replacement was really nice and got everything done well and within about an hour. Overall it was a GREAT experience for something no one enjoys having to get done and I would definitely recommend them!
